Monitoring Services We supply Alarm Monitoring Services to Alarm Installation Companies ('Bureaus') on a national level. We currently have monitored clients in NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC & WA. Because our receivers are coupled to a 1300 number, the end-user will only be charged a local call. We accept panels communicating on the following systems/formats: Digital Dialer GSM Proprietory Leased Line - (Sydney Metro Only) ITI GPRS - Direct Wireless, Permaconn, Emizon, Telstra Secure Other Services BENS can also monitor: Nursecall Medical Alarms Emergency Call Service New & Popular Web Services Book On/Off Site - Allows to book yourself On/Off site via the website, and also view which clients are currently booked Onsite. iLog - Live up to the minute data feed of events and alarms Executive Summary - New summary section helps you monitor all types of events, as well as your inactive clients Bureau website - We can provide you with a customized website to provide your clients with personal access to their own lines, information and events (via live data feeds).

Commissioning
We understand that installing alarms is not a 9-5 job. That is why you can connect and commission a new customer 24hrs per day, 365 days per year to the BENS Control Room. All of our monitoring staff are fully trained to commission new clients.

Do you hate that other Monitoring companies make you use multiple client codes just because the system you are installing has multiple areas? Our Monitoring Software package can read the area information transmitted by the panel in Contact ID and Securitel formats, so only one account number is required. On the other hand if you've already set up your accounts in this manner, we still can monitor them in this fashion if that's what you prefer.
